These terms cover WRX OS, CreteWRX Alaska's own business app at wrxos.cretewrxalaska.com, and the estimate pages we send customers at quote.cretewrxalaska.com. By using either, you agree to them.

WRX OS

WRX OS is used only by CreteWRX Alaska's owners and crew, each with their own sign-in. It isn't offered to anyone else. Sign-ins are personal: don't share yours or use someone else's.

WRX OS connects only to CreteWRX Alaska's own accounts with other services, such as QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace, and uses them under those services' own terms. We can disconnect them at any time.

Estimates sent by link

• An estimate shows the work and prices we're offering, and is good until the valid-until date shown on it.
• Accepting an estimate online, by typing your full name and checking the box, is your electronic signature. It means you agree to the estimate, the option you chose and its payment terms: the deposit shown to schedule fabrication, with the balance due at installation or delivery.
• Only the prices shown on the estimate apply. Any change to the work or price needs a new estimate or a written change.
• Your estimate link is private to you. Please don't share it.

No warranty for the software

WRX OS and the estimate pages are provided as they are. Any warranty on our concrete work is set out in your estimate or contract, not in these terms.

To the extent the law allows, CreteWRX Alaska isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using these pages.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
